 Medical Care:

You are entitled to medical care for work-related injuries or diseases. This includes doctor and hospital visits, nursing care and physical therapy.


 Wage Loss Benefits:

You are entitled to weekly wage loss as long as a disability and wage loss continues. If you return to a job that pays less, you are entitled to partial loss
benefits. If you lose an eye, finger, arm or other body part, you are entitled to
a specific loss benefit equaling a prescribed number of weeks. If you
cannot work after the specific loss period, you may be entitled to continuing
wage loss benefits.



 Vocational Rehabilitation:

If you are unable to perform work for which you had previous training or experience you could be entitled to counseling, guidance, specialized job
placement or short-term retraining.
